Shipping policy

Undecorated orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise selected. Your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time provided to you at checkout depending on your selected shipping method. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or USPS. Current international ship times are 3-4 weeks.

“Custom Print” orders are typically shipped within 10-12 business days after they are placed. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise selected. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or USPS. Current international ship times are 5-6 weeks.

Unfortunately, once your order has shipped Springs cannot be held responsible for delays or lost and stolen packages when the carrier tracking system shows that the package was delivered. If your package has been lost or stolen you can file a claim with USPS here.
